Already now the EU should extend sanctions to those responsible in Russia and Turkey. This would give the EU a basis for justifying the extension of sanctions to those responsible in Russia and Turkey. Furthermore, our refugee policy must be adapted to the serious situation and reception quotas for the weakest should they ever make it out of Idlib.
