No one should turn a blind eye to the atrocities taking place in Idlib. War crimes must be documented to bring the perpetrators to justice later. Already now the EU should extend sanctions to those responsible in Russia and Turkey. This would give the EU a basis for justifying the extension of sanctions to those responsible in Russia and Turkey.
